Not the best hotel. Room was dirty, smelled like wet dog and the my kiddos are allergic to pet dander. Overall extremely disappointed and staff did nothing, and for reference I’m not someone who gives reviews.

I only needed a one night stay while the family member is in the hospital. And all I could tell you is I was very surprised at how lovely this hotel is. The bed was so comfortable. I wanted to bring it home. I do not sleep well I hate my bed at home and I do not sleep well other hotels. This hotel bed is so comfortable. Friendly staff. Very clean Close proximity to so many things

The stay has been a disappointment. I’m an Hilton honor member and they couldn’t accommodate a simple room change request to change the floor to one where another friend’s family was staying. Their very small pool was terrible smelling. My kids left the pool in 5 minutes because they were ready to puke. The breakfast wasn’t appealing for 25 dollars a person. On their website it say that you can add that ahead of the time for$15 pp but they didn’t honor that as well . And we didn’t wanna pay 100 dollars for lousy breakfast when there were great options nearby

It was perfect little place in down town Burbank. So close to shopping and movie theaters. The hotel had great service no complaints form our family

Be weary staying at this hotel when booking from a 3rd party site. Do not get the money in a timely manner. Room shower curtain had unknown substance on it, very gross. Other than that room was good for my family. The breakfast….not worth the 25 dollars! That should be included in the price of the room with what they offered. Or offer omelets to order, better food choices. That was the biggest rip off.

My reservation was wrong. I called three days before to verify I had a handicap room they said yes. When we showed up, they had us in a regular room. So obviously being handicapped, I could not use this regular room. They got us another handicap room with the shower was small and then usable for myself. The original room I had booked had a larger shower. When we got to the new room, there were no beds for my children sleep in. Truly butchered my reservation and trying to fix it at 1 AM was very tough.

Our room was double booked and another family walked into our room, then we left to go to dinner and when we came back, our room keys didn’t work, had to go back downstairs to wait at the lobby desk to get the problem resolved. Was not happy! It had already been a very long travel day for us, and I didn’t feel like any compensation was offered for my inconvenience.
