The staff was nice to us but a lot of the rooms had no electricity our ac wasn't working we had to ask them for fans because it was Soo hot in the room and there were a lot of people complaining they had no a/c or electricity at all and the hotel wasn't refunding those rooms. We couldn't use the TV or wifi because they said they were experiencing electric issues and the wifi and TVs and phones were down good thing we were hardly there we just slept there but there were rooms with families with little kids that had no a/c and they wouldn't change there rooms for them. They also said breakfast was provided however when we went to get breakfast they said they weren't doing breakfast that day.

I wont recommend this hotel if you concern about the safety/security, we spent 1 night with my families, a homeless guy knocked our doors hardly with his feet at the midnight and did swearing loudly, our kids were scared and we couldn't sleep at all.

Nice people checking me in. We had little kids so they accommodated us with lower rooms. We had 3 rooms for our extended family. One family found sheets with spots and holes on them from possible old bed bugs. My family knew the signs since they had them before at a hotel and asked to be moved . They were moved to a clean room and no issues. The hotel immediately treated the room just in case. The pool was nice. The kids swam our first night. The breakfast was AMAZING. They had everything you could think of. Eggs, sausage, Waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee , teas and juices.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights The experience was great overall. Easy parking and we had a space every night. Rooms were very clean and the custodial/maid staff did a phenomenal job each day. It was very welcoming each day to enter the room with towels being restocked, coffee/tea restocked, and the beds made with new sheets. The breakfast was decent and was a great start to our day. I wish there was a little more variety where there was a little something different each day, but you get what you pay for. It was very doable and wasn’t a vacation killer. During the nighttime it was very quiet. It also felt safe enough where I could freely go down stairs to grab something from the car and didn’t feel the need to look over my shoulder. While there are plenty of homeless people walking around downtown LA and other parts, there were none around this establishment. Marijuana is legal here, but there was no one rolling joints or smoking around the facility. Which was a nice change because you get plenty of it when walking and traveling to various parts of the city. The outdoor pool and hot tub worked well and was a nice addition to help with relaxation before winding down for the night. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a budget friendly, but clean and safe place.

We stayed at this basic motel, which offered complimentary breakfast. Our two-day stay was peaceful, and many other families stayed there. Pros: - Affordable rates - Good breakfast selection - Convenient location near Glendale and Universal Studio Cons: - Limited parking; we had to park far from our room when we arrived late at night - The motel charged us a $100 deposit, and we have yet to receive a refund after three days.

Comfort Inn came to the rescue after a botched AirBNB stay. We arrived at our AirBNB on my birthday to find an eviction notice!! Apparently the AirBNB host hadn't paid her rent, but that didn't stop her from attempting to rent the place out to unsuspecting travelers. Luckily, Comfort Inn was able to accommodate our family of five without any prior notice. The room was ready for us immediately, and we awoke to a hot breakfast. Highly recommend!

It's a ok Hotel to stay not a great like its boasted reviews. The break fast area is small and they had only 1 waffle maker and 1 bread toaster for more than 15 people. People has to wait long for the breakfast. I and my family has to stay more than 30 mins in the breakfast area. Rooms are ok and not great but the service was good. Definitely, its not worth the money that I paid. Parking was easy and shopping mall close by.

Was very disappointed with this stay. We have made this hotel our go to when we come into town to visit family due to the previous stays being decently clean. However, this time was much different. There were numerous clumps of hair in the shower curtain when we let it down as well as many stuck to the wall in the shower. We found hair in the linens but luckily we pack our own linens for that very reason. We also found a cricket on our wall…which I guess is better than a roach but still made it hard to sleep wondering if his family was going to party on the bed all night. While all these things are fairly minor, it’s enough for us to consider finding a new spot to stay when we are in town.

Housekeeper came in to make beds and clean, got fresh towels after the first night. Pool was nice, property clean, check in was easy, and the breakfast was nice - good assortment. We stayed 3 nights with small kids so the fridge came in handy. Will stay here again.
