I booked a double bed room and I called to let them know I was checking in late. When I arrived and got checked in my room was a king size bed, which wasn’t accommodated to my family. I called to let them know and they said “ we can give you a coupon to a free coffee” I payed so much money for this room and they want to give a free coffee! The nerve.
