My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was exceptional, from the delicious breakfast to the immaculate cleanliness. We were all very comfortable and satisfied.

Sheila at the front desk was great! The night manager guy with glasses on the other hand was rude and dismissive. Upon checking in at 10pm with 2 sleeping kids in tow, we went to the room only to be met with a putrid and musty smell. Went to ask for a different room but he said no rooms available. Then handed me a febreeze bottle and said that’s the best he can do. When I complained, he said he would give my money back and said I’m free to look for other hotels. A simple “I’m sorry for the inconvenience would do’. He deserves to be demoted. Not how a manager should behave.

Loved the location and the surrounding area. We felt safe and had many eateries nearby. The whle property was clean including the room. The breakfast had several options to choose from. I would stay again with the grandchildren or when traveling alone.
