Lucky 7 Casino & Hotel – Howonquet Lodge

We didn’t have any issues. We actually didn’t realize we didn’t get a pet friendly room but since we were on the bottom floor they let us have our dog anyways . We really appreciated it. When to visit family for the fourth and we had a blast.

The host was welcoming and polite. The property was safe for a family and very quiet for a casino.

My family checked into Lucky 7 Casino & Hotel to attend a wedding that was located across the street. Doesn't get better than this. We will definityly return if the need arises.

Great place! It was our first time there. The kids had fun swimming. It was a good home base for visiting the Redwoods. Room was very nice! Clean, felt new, spacious. My only complaint is the sheets. I’m not picky about sheets but oh man, these were so rough and felt like they had been washed about 8,000 times. Everything else was perfect. We did not gamble at the casino.

We had a fantastic stay. We participated in the Thanksgiving buffet. Which was fabulous. The staff were attentive and kind. It was a plus that the pool is indoors as that made our stay more fun for our family. The pool bottom could use some maintenence. It was rough and cut the bottom of the kids feet.

This property was wonderful. The staff was excellent, room was nice, and its a family friendly location with an indoor pool.

This place is RIDICULOUSLY nice. Amazing staff, and the grounds are super spacious and clean. Feels like we’re living like kings here, seriously. Also, the rooms are enormous and beds are very comfy! Great place for our family of 4 to stay.

Really disappointed with this stay. The check in took forever as every adult needs to provide ID, and each room needs to be checked in separately. For a family of 10 with 3 rooms, it took us about 25 minutes to check in. Crazy. Lobby has smoke smell from casino. Restaurant food was very mediocre at best. Rooms are poorly lit. TV has very minimal channels. Exercise room is tiny with very little. Pool was dirty. They clearly want you out on the casino floor but we went with family and kids just for a quick overnight stay. Terrible choice

The young man, I think his name was Jami was not friendly, tried making conversation and he just held a stone face the whole time i seen it also with other guests. Front Desk should ALWAYS be cheerful and not spend so much time in the back office The restaurant night staff on Friday and Saturday WAS HORRIBLE, went in before closing time and ordered simple things like a salad, became after 10 pm (their closing time) we are still sitting waiting for our order. Heard the manager sending workers home, then overheard the waitress say I forgot to put their order in, this is 10:20 pm, I confronted them and asked if that was what I had just heard and they confirmed that's what was said and said they would do it now. I told them never-mind we didn't want it after waiting and being forgot about after an hour. They said with relief oh okay! Decided to try it again the next night WAY EARLIER in hopes their employees were more trained by then, the employees (all young kids)from the night before was there and put different employees with us as I'm sure they were gave a heads-up about THEIR error. We ordered appetizers along with our meals and received the meals and while eating wondered about the appetizers thinking seriously is this happening again?! Yep AGAIN! Finally asked about it and they forgot to put the appetizers in! Imagine that!! If they all weren't so busy along with the snotty mgr playing with the lasers and talking about Hooka bars the whole time maybe they wouldn't have 4got
