Loved the large room! Perfect for our family of 5. Older hotel, but clean! Great staff.

Rating would be higher but the a/c unit was loud. It sounded like something was loose. We decided to pull the filters out to see if there was somwthing wrong there. They needed cleaned badly. So we did do a quick wipe down of them with some baby wipes and put them back in. That helped the airflow but not the sound sound. You guys need to service yoir a/c units badly. Things were clean. The mattresses were fine for one person but if 2 people were sleeping in them they would be very difficult to sleep in. The bedding was clean. Should probably invest in updating them but that did not effect the score. The a/c unit is the biggest issue.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here. We reserved a family 2 bedroom suite. The AC in one of the bedrooms didn't work, they gave us a fan to use that had SO MUCH DUST on the blades, it was disgusting. The linens on the beds were paper thin, the quilts were so old, they were rough from the pilling. The facet was so loose we were worried it was going to fall off! I would absolutely NOT recommend staying at this facility. By far the worst reservation I've ever made on Hotels.com.

Older hotel that really needs updating. We booked a 2 night stay and left after one day due to the terrible mattress in the room. Hotel room had very dated furniture, decor, and a toilet made for a child. To be honest, the whole Crescent City area seems ran down and dates, minus the brewery we ate dinner at. ( highly recommend that place) The only positives where that checking in was easy and quick, the front desk staff were nice and friendly, and when wanting to cut our stay short, they were good about making sure we were refunded.

Quiet room, small grab and go breakfast, comfortable enough beds. Clearly dated decor but nice for our family.

Great location! Super close to the harbor, beach and restaurants .Room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of bagels, toast, juice, cereal & fruit. Very family friendly hotel with an affordable price. I had a little view of the harbor from my room. Very friendly staff! I would totally recommend the Lighthouse Inn.

While we appreciated the large rooms we could not tolerate the mold in the small bathroom. The staff was understanding and moved us to another room. This room although mold free as far as we could see was smaller with 3 queen beds in one room rather than the 2 queens and one king bed we had in the room we reserved. It was disappointing but satisfied our needs for our stay. On our last night unfortunately one of the other guests were smoking pot and the scent filled the hallway all the way to the "dinning area" not what we wanted on a family trip.
The hotel is in desperate need of updates and basic repairs. They also seem extremely short staffed. The towels are full of loose threads the sheets are very old and worn. Rooms smell musty, no screens on the windows. Breakfast is bagels with cream cheese, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, oatmeal packet and English muffins.

The room was large for our family of 6. Beds are firm. Slept great. Breakfast is lacking. Not a lot of options. Hot chocolate and coffee 24/7, was great when we came back from a walk to the beach.
