Nice little hotel! Right off the highway, so the area isnt anything special, but its well kept up and convenient. Lots of signs in the lobby seeming to indicate that maybe theres some issues here sometimes, that made me raise an eyebrow since we had my 2 little kids with us. However, we had no trouble while we were here, and the staff was friendly.

The Westward Inn is located right on HWY 101. Location is easy to get in and out of, but since it's on the main road just be careful with kiddos in tow. Breakfast options are ready packaged pastries, staff is friendly, the room was very clean feeling, and parking wasn't an issue. Even though the ice machine was not working at the time, there is a mini fridge in the room. Although, ice cream sandwiches couldn't not stay frozen, but having a fridge is still a plus.

I have stayed here several times. My grandchildren live in crescent city so we drive to pick up for visitation after the long car drive 9-13 hours depending on traffic weather conditions it’s always nice to go to a quiet central location to rest. For the long trip back. Never been disappointed friendly clean food close by even during the corona virus !!!

Cute little property about one block from the beach. It’s a bit older but it has the feel of a family friendly place that probably sees a lot of return visitors. I’d stay here again.
