Exactly everything we needed and kids enjoyed the pool!

Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t seem to care about customer service. Although we asked for early check-in for two rooms, we did not get it. As a matter fact, one of the rooms wasn’t even ready until 5 o’clock. And then then, unfortunately, they gave us a room with one king bed instead of two double beds, which is what we requested. When we pointed this out, they said there were no rooms available on that floor and our family had to be split up between two floors. Also, disappointing that they don’t offer free Wi-Fi considering the cost. The shower in our room was almost impossible to work. The hotel is severely understaffed in terms of cleaning services, which is why they explained it took so long for us have our room ready. Also, their signature cookies have walnuts in them, despite the fact that so many have nut allergies

We asked for two rooms for our 4-person family. We asked for early arrival. Turns out our 1st room wasn’t ready till regular check in (4:00). Our second room wasn’t ready till 5:00. And they gave us a room with a queen bed even though we asked for two doubles. The people working at the front desk were young, inexperienced, and didn’t seem to care about customer service. We got a lot of attitude.

Everything was outdated. This is the only hotel I’ve been in in the last decade that charged for Wi-Fi. As we were checking in, the staff was arguing with another customer about this. Front desk folks seemed a little cold…The elevator was tiny & seemed to struggle getting our family of four up to our floor. On the plus side, our room appeared clean.

The Doubletree is a great place to stay when dropping kids off at the 5 C’s. Great breakfast—skip the buffet and order off the menu—the heuvos rancheros are terrific. Close to the colleges and the staff and super nice.

It was decent. The amenities werent as great as I thought they might be for a Hilton property. Great customer service and decent place to stay with family.

It is a tired hotel. I have stayed there over the years visiting family. It is not eco-friendly, or up-to-date with amenities. Service was

The staff was professional and friendly. They treated us as special guests. We really didn’t spend time using the amenities or eating on property since we were visiting family.

Great place to stay with a family.

Loved it, the room was clean the pool was small but there was no one else there so my kids had fun. It was nice and big enough to maintain social distance. We loved this city, will definitely come back.
