Hotel Seville

Super convenient for a family trip. We were 15 minutes from the airport which was amazing. No traffic and many places to shop around.

Hotel Seville was a great place to stay at. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had. Great service. There was a lot of food places and shopping close by. I would definitely recommend Hotel Seville to our family and friends.

We chose this place because it was .4 miles from family and for the price. It was clean, comfortable and perfectly accommodating. The continental breakfast could be a little better, however.

We’ve always used Seville when family comes to town but the rooms dnt seem as clean as they used to be - the service and everything else was fine but the rooms could use better cleaning the floors were dirty I wiped some stuff with a towel and you could clearly see it had not been mopped in awhile . It’s our favorite place to stay but was a bit disappointing this time around .

The ratings for this hotel were misleading. We checked in and spent about 5 minutes in our room before checking out and finding a better place to stay. Our “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarettes and there were extremely shady people hanging out around our room and car. We did not feel safe at all, especially since our kids were with us. This hotel is located behind a gas station and between the freeway and a McDonalds, so not an ideal “family friendly” setting. My only positive is the cooperation from the staff in getting our refund processed through Expedia.

The property has a bad odor. The front desk told me after going out in the cold to ask for toilet paper we are only allowed one per day and I am there with my family of four persons. I asked for an extra one just not to come back outside. Everyday I had to get the key validated for the door to open. The cleaner did a good job and nothing was missing. The location is easy access to the freeway. Breakfast was good. For the price paid, it was worth it.

Everything was good but they need to review their policies or add policies or something of that nature. I booked through Hotels.com, as I do with every hotel I get, and there was an option to pay ahead or pay at the property. Normally I always use pay ahead so this was my first time choosing to pay at the property, upon arrival the man helping me check in let me know there was going to be a fee do to a bounce back when they tried to run the car on file at 5AM the day of check in. He said do to my card declining at 5AM my reservation was cancelled and there would be a fee in order to get my room again. I then let him know I had booked it to where it says “pay at property” so there was no reason as to why they ran my card at 5AM the morning of check in. He then continued to charge my card, the same one on file, and added the fee. I didn’t have much time to continue to understand the reasoning behind the fee as I had a crying baby and it was already pretty late as is but I just feel anyone else should be warned about this because I hadn’t read anything about it in their policies online.
