Nice hotel for anyone with a big family.

I didn’t like any part of my stay at this hotel from the moment I arrived and entered my room. The room was very hot and had a weird smell. The fridge that I was supposed to hold my medicine in wasn’t working. I asked the front desk if I could swap rooms before 15 mins of being there and she said that I couldn’t. It took the front desk agent how many hours to resolve the issue with fridge but by then my medicine already went bad. We had waited so long for the fridge issue to be fixed that me and my kids didn’t have a chance to enjoy the pool because it closed.The pillows on the bed were so small that they were literally enough for 1 adult and 1 kid to share. I had asked for extra pillows to accommodate the 3rd person in the room and there weren’t any. The bed itself was really uncomfortable because it was sagging on one side. Now fast forward to the next day me and my kid went down to breakfast and there were limited items in the buffet. The buffet attendant was throwing trash and then without washing her hands touching the juice machine and the plates (Gross). She also wasn’t wearing any gloves in between cleaning, and touching the buffet items: So in all we didn’t have good rest, we didn’t get a chance to use what hotel amenities were there, and we got grossed out while we ate the next day. This was one of the worst stays I had in my life.

Parking was a bit limited but overall the room was clean breakfast was good and we didn’t have noise complaints with having four kids including a teething baby.

Melissa is a super star. She is the poster child for guest service. The best breakfast I have had in awhile. The food was super hot and plenty of selections. They have biscuit and gravy!!!! Oh My Gosh, I do not know any hotel in the area that offers biscuit and gravy. I definitely will be back when I am in need of a place to stay.

Good location. The restroom smelled of mildew badly. The upstairs neighbors woke up my babies until 3:30 am but what can you do. Pillows were super comfy. Staff was cold.

My family and I stayed the weekend there for a birthday event nearby. Clean room, good breakfast, little gym (but it’ll make you sweat for sure.) pool was 5 feet deep but it was nice for my kids..they do have 24 hour snack room. Staff was professional. We will return for another stay.
