We stayed in a king suite and had a blast! We used the app to check in and the digital key to get into our room. It was a breeze! The kids loved the free breakfast too. This hotel is located next to plenty of shops and eateries. Great location!

Super comfortable visit. Stayed for 3 days 2 nights with my kids ages 5 and 2 and my husband very spacious rooms, not a lot for the kids to get into. The room came with a coffee maker, fridge, microwave and shelves very cool! There was free breakfast every morning and free coffee and water all day in the lobby. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been a regular guest at the Hampton Inn for family functions in the past, but my recent stay left much to be desired. While the hotel has been welcoming in the past, this time, the experience fell short from the moment of check-in.
Upon arrival, the check-in process lacked the usual warmth and hospitality I had come to expect. However, the real disappointment arose when I requested towels for the room. Despite waiting for two hours, the towels never arrived. When I called the front desk to inquire about the delay, I was informed that the hotel had run out of extra towels, a surprising oversight for an establishment of this caliber.
To make matters worse, when the housekeeping manager finally arrived at my door, her demeanor was unprofessional and downright unpleasant. Instead of offering a solution or apology for the inconvenience, she approached with a terrible attitude and even scolded me for simply requesting towels. Their behavior was unacceptable and tarnished the entire experience.
Overall, while Hampton Inn has provided pleasant stays in the past, this recent visit was marred by disappointing service and unprofessional behavior. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more welcoming and hospitable environment for future guests.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice to visit family that lives nearby and found it to be a super comfy, quiet, delightful stay. Breakfast is included and yummy and they’re so sweet to my pup who always travels with me. Thanks y’all for accommodating this sometimes finicky customer from Louisiana! Love y’all!

I had a great stay with my family at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Chino Hills. The location is great! You can walk to get some food, but you are close enough to the highway to drive around. There's also plenty of parking. The pool on site was wonderful as well. Their breakfast was always fully stocked and there's plenty of space in the dining area to eat. Overall, great service, great location, and great staff. I'd stay here again. :)

Checked in and my 5 year old had the flu. We didn't have our room yet and instead of letting us use bathroom, they told us to take her to throw up outside. Then they said they didn't have our reservation and after he was able to get us a room, he said by the way the bath doesn't work. But it was the only room available. The room was dirty, mold in bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast was bad. Me and my 3 children couldn't eat it. This hotel turned out to be like a bad dream that cost almost $200. Go to hotel chino hills, half the price and great hotel
