It’s was ok, breakfast was good, but walls are so thin and door seal was not there so noise was loud. Also not many of outlets we were a family of five thankfully we took an electric cord with extra connections.

The property was very clean all of the staff were so nice and friendly like you were staying with family. I travel all the time and sure its not a luxury 5 star hotel but its updated, clean and the location is perfect for the bathhouses or downtown shopping located two blocks from the police station and next to the convention center.

Great hotel as far as location. Staff was incredible. Hotel restaurant was very fun and food was great. Enjoyed sitting at the bar and chatting with the staff esp Carla. Live music Friday and Saturday nights. Bed was so comfortable and room was quiet and has a Kuerig coffee pot, microwave and fridge. It’s connected to the convention ctr so you may call to see if any events. There were at least 300 student Only a few chaperones first 2 days, then a dance competition the Saturday with families but that wasnt near as overwhelming. The staff did a great job with breakfast even with the huge crowd. Which was very good…eggs, biscuits, potatoes, gravy, sausage and hot/cold cereal. Now as for the elevators. Only 1 was working, we were on 13th floor. The staff said the kids had been overloading the elevators and pressing all the buttons and caused 2 to go out. So 1 elevator stopping at every floor was very frustrating. They said by next month they are all getting redone and should be fixed. Staff was diligent asking kids and chaperone to not overload the elevators but it didn’t seem to work.

The hotel was walking distance to downtown and bath house row. So location is great with many dining options also within walking distance. Felt very safe when walking with family. I know people have complained about parking, but it’s probably barley a block walk to it. We never had issues with the parking either and any baked body person shouldn’t either. The stay came with a breakfast buffet for family. Food is average. It’s free so not mind blowing but saved us 20-35 dollars a day eating there. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, hash browns and grits were served. All 3 encounters dealing with the front desk were pleasant with no issues. We did extend one day with no issues. The room was nice and cold with a good view. We would stay again without hesitation. Negative. I’m assuming they were having elevator issues as there was always a wait. It seems like only one was working the first day and a half and the second started maybe the end of the 2nd day.

We loved our stay it was very clean and the room are updated. It was very comfortable and cozy. The air blew very cold which was a A plus for me. Only thing that was inconvenient was the parking which is a little down the street and no pool for the kids. The pool situation wasn’t to bad because we came for magic springs so that cut me a break from swimming.

My stay was absolutely horrible. I started off getting the wrong room. Only 1 elevator work, I had to take my bags and kids up the stairs. The cable was out in the rooms.
