We love staying here due to the amazing breakfast honestly. The rooms are comfy, but could use some updating… the property is nice, a little dated though. But for a family, you cannot beat it!

We had a great stay! Pool was perfect for the kids. Plenty of breakfast options. The first night the air conditioning was out and the room was a bit stuffy, but we were compensated for this and are very happy with our stay!

The room smelled like smoke. Was told they are just okd rooms, nothing can be done. The elevator and parkinh area smelled like pot. No security guard on premisis and on a sketchy area at best. Dining area is to small for the amount of guests. Its not conveniently loacated to anything. Fridge was hot, the staff was unhelpful and didn’t care. I asked for an extra blanket and was told they didnr have any ans i wouls have to wait for another staff member to arrive. Dirty dishes sat on the ground outside the elevator for 2 days drawing bugs. No sound proofing between floors. Could hear a kid runninga nd jumping above us until 1am. RUN....DO NOT STAY HERE

Amazing hotel, beautiful upkeep throughout the court yard, they even have another courtyard separate from the hotel in the parking lot, there is also a lot of seating areas throughout. The room was clean, well maintained, and perfect for my mother, kids and I. I loved that there is a private balcony for every room, open for use, with a table and two chairs, which is rare for hotels. The breakfast is always delicious no matter which embassy suites I go to, and this one was on point as well! They have more than the regular continental breakfast, they make omelets and eggs to order (I highly recommend the Arizona Omlet) they have a waffle maker, French toast, fruits, coffee, muffins, soda, juices, bacon, sausage, hot teas, and other great food! The whole hotel is very modern, beautiful, well maintained, and welcoming. All the staff was very polite, helpful, and check-in/check-out was very proficient and easy. We will definitely be back during summer to use the pool area, but it was also clean and very well maintained.

We picked this place because it was close to family in Tucson. Our stay was quiet, the room was clean and it has a great buffet. Also the staff was very helpful with maintaining quiet at night.

I wouldn't stay here again. Arrived to find a used plate with a french fry (and lots of ants) outside the door to our room. My parents (who are in their mid-70's) arrived to find three bottles of beer outside the door to their room, and they weren't removed until the next day. There was dried toothpaste smeared on various parts of the bathroom walls, you had to hold the flushing lever on the toilet for about 10 seconds in order to get it to flush and on the last day the handle to the damn bedroom door literally fell off (there was no screw fastening it to the door). The signs on the pool doors say the pool closes at 11, but there were several days my husband and I could hear noise coming from the pool area (from our room on the 3rd floor) around midnight. Each night, we walked out to find about 30 people in the pool, including little kids. Our first full day there, I asked the woman at the front desk what time the pool opened and where I could find pool towels. She couldn't answer either question. The only positive thing I can really say is that on the last night it sounded like there was a bowling alley upstairs in the room above us. My husband went down to the front desk to ask if they could please ask the room above us to quiet down, and they did. The meals were hit or miss due to an issue they had with the ceiling after some heavy rain. The staff were friendly, but it doesn't make up for everything else that went wrong. All in all, certainly NOT worth the money.

I came to spend time with my kids and grandbabies. We were all able to fit comfortably in the room. It's been a while since we've started here, so the evening snacks and the breakfast were nice surprises. I also love what had been done all over the property. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

An overall excellent experience at this hotel! Front desk staff was very friendly and professional and informative. The crib I requested with the booking was already in the room! So no having to call down to the desk and then sit and wait in the room while it gets brought up. Room was very clean and even provided a few sanitizing wipes. The pool was awesome! Had a nice sized shallow end perfect for me and my small children to enjoy the pool. Food from the restaurant was good as well. Overall excellent and efficient service and great amenities. Will definitely stay here again!
