Hilton Tucson East

This honestly was the worst stay EVER at Hilton East. We’ve stayed there many times over the years. The pool was VERY dirty with bandages, trash, bugs, tree debris and dead lizards. The area around the pool looked very dirty as well with trash and stains on chairs. The spa was growing some green algae. I also smelled an oder resembling gas when I was by the spa. Very dangerous to get into the pool or spa! Stay away! Our room had a mildew smell. Sheets had random hairs and stains. Throughout the night doors slammed and loud yelling, at one point it sounded dangerous. At check out my husband asked about a misc charge. The lady couldn’t explain it. Then she said it was tax. But the amount was even…. and there was already a line item for tax. After we left I cancelled our upcoming reservation for Hilton East in 3 weeks. For all of the reasons above we will no longer be staying at Hilton East. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be letting friends/family to stay away especially when it comes to the health and physical safety of the hotel.

Came in town to visit family for cinco. The staff was very friendly & the room was nice & clean. The only thing that looked a little dirty was the in the shower. Not much you can do about dirty build up I guess. Other than that it was a nice stay.

This is out within 20 minutes of our family and very convenient. We have been there twice and love the small restaurant, early breakfasts and staff . The rooms are very comfortable and we will be back !

Staying with family for a wedding. I was the last to arrive. No room available so I was moved to a Hampton inn in a loud unsafe part of town— separated from my family. I was originally booked for 2 night and told to come back for the 2nd night for my room. Very upsetting

Friendly and very nice. Beds super comfy! Would stay here and recommend to friends and family!

Pool unusable not sure if birds poop , but it’s a lot looks like no one cleans the pool that day , Aircondition in our room you could hear a thud loud nose when it turns on but it cools the room I guess you won’t hear it eventually when your on your deep sleep , buffet pricey , and a parking charge used to have no parking charges that’s why we stayed again in same hotel , Great location for us visiting family member

We were connecting with family and that’s why we chose to stay here. The sunset view west was very beautiful from the 4th floor. The room was comfortable, clean! we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay as always. Very clean rooms, friendly staff and safe location. We always enjoy our stay at Hilton East. Very convenient location as well to family and shopping.

Love the location and hotel. The front desk ladies were super nice and helpful! The room was clean and the pool is kid friendly! Definitely recommend!
