Our door was open when we arrived at our room around 9:30pm which made us feel very unsafe. When we called to front desk to ask what was going on they had no idea. The floors were also dirty along with the bathroom and there was no hand soap. For the price of the hotel I thought it would be much nicer. I wish I took my family elsewhere

Was in a great area close to food and shopping. One of the front desk ladies was rude but the rest were very polite. My family enjoyed our stay.

Staff was friendly, except they failed to tell us the elevator by where they told us to park was not in order. We had a toddler and tons of luggage to drag all the way across the hotel. The room smelled musty and sheets did not seem clean. Black fuzz all over and a few hairs.

We stayed for two nights. Very close to the venue that we were attending with family members. Right across the way from a great restaurant that we've always wanted to try. So the whole weekend was a win win for us
