The 2-bedroom suite was the perfect size for my family, which includes 3 big teenage boys.

Staff was friendly at check-in. We stayed 2 nights in a 2 room suite. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and extra space for the kids. But I was disappointed by the condition. The suite and halls smelled musty, I had to wash all my clothes even if they didn't leave my suitcase due to them picking up the smell. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair on the shower wall and dark gunk in the corners. The couch in the living area was also stained. The foldout bed was not usable, there were crumbs in the sheets and the blanket was gross. For the price and from the other reviews, I expected a bit better.
And to top it all off when I got home I found that they had also charged my credit card for someone else's room. (I paid them directly, not through Expedia) It took me awhile to convince the front desk to review their transaction logs to find out why I was charged twice. They just tried to tell me it was probably a pending hold. Which I knew it wasn't because it had cleared my account. Still waiting for the refund btw.

Our two night stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix-Biltmore was very pleasant. Our families were in town for the AZ State Playoffs and while we usually stay near Tempe, we decided to try a location closer to the arenas. Homewood offered top notch customer service at check-in/check-out, while breakfast provided many options that suited our mornings. Our one bedroom suite, which could comfortably accommodate 9 if you needed the sleeping space, was cozy enough for our family of 8. (2 doubles, 1 couch sofa, full kitchen, bathroom, slee etc...)
The location of the hotel was perfectly situated for us to drive or walk to take care of errands during our downtime. The area was nice, and the weather even nicer. We will stay again next time we are in the Valley. Thank you for a great experience!

Hotel was a good value for the price, it accommodated 2 adults and 4 kids (one on the floor) very comfortably. The breakfast offerd warm food and was decent especially considering it was included in the price. Great value for a family of 6.

Our family of 5 stayed here recently and it was a great choice for us. It was more like a condo than a hotel because it had a full kitchen, big "family" room with sleeper sofa, and a full bedroom down the hall. Plenty of room to stretch out and play. After a week of vacation and eating out every meal, we enjoyed being able to pick up real food at the Fry's grocery store across the street and cook dinner right in our room without the hassle of dining in a restaurant. (Parents of 2-year-olds will understand what I mean about this.) The breakfast was great. They even had a waffle-maker to cook your own waffles, which the kids loved! The pool was wonderful, and much needed since Phoenix was already sweltering in late April. The only complaint, and it is minor, is that the service at the desk was a bit lacking. A bored-looking and humorless woman greeted us without enthusiasm, and when we requested crib sheets to go with the crib they had delivered (but didn't assemble), it took so long to bring them that our son had already fallen asleep and we called back and told them to forget it. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families who want a bit of room to spread out.

Took the family to a spring training game, the hotel is nice with a good complimentary breakfast and dinner. The pool was rather small, had a basketball half court that was pretty cool.

This hotel is mostly geared towards business travelers -- so not the ideal family get away. I only saw one other child while we were there. But that said, I would still stay there and take my family again. The suite was fantastic: clean, big, comfortable, well laid out, etc. The free breakfast was amazing: actual real hot food: eggs, waffles, sausage, fruit, the works. They also offer a free light dinner on week nights. Great service and amenities for the price.\nOnly down side -- it took FOREVER for them to get us our room -- but we did show up earlier than standard check-in time so I guess that isn't really their fault.\n
