Took my wife here for a surprise bday getaway. Despite the temps averaging 110-118 during 4 night stay we enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff, many pools. Family friendly and the adult only sections are a nice plus for couples. If you go DEFINITELY inquire about the “Citrus Club”. For $100-125 a night per person you get unlimited adult beverages and light breakfast, lunch and evening eats. Well worth it as just one drink from the adult pool can reach up to $27! My only issues were the highly expensive restaurants on the property ($30 plus for nearly every everything including adult beverages). My wife and I ate mostly in the Citrus Club or off the property. In addition our room AC only went down to 68 degrees. Keep in mind also that self parking is a nice walk from the resort. About a 5-8min walk depending on where you’re located. Which isn’t bad but when temps are 110 plus it can become a nuisance! Other than that they property is amazing and my wife and I plan to return with our children sometime soon.

The property has had improvements over the last 5 years. They have updated the restaurant options, changed the family pool, added an adult's only pool, added an outdoor lounge and bar and updated the rooms. It is an elegant but family friendly resort.

It was a lovey family trip. Kids love the slide.

The staff was always pleasant and wonderfully helpful. The different pools offered seclusion, adult only, family, or quiet beauty. The rooms were spacious and clean. The spa and its area were restful and beautiful. Our stay there was relaxing and exactly what we needed.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore. Love the Frank Lloyd Wright / Art Deco style. Service & restaurants were fantastic. Paradise pool was perfect for us. Will stay here again.

The service and friendliness / helpfulness of the staff was excellent and very professional. The facilities and architecture - of course - are legendary and very beautiful. Very clean and well maintained too. Prices for everything from drinks to snack bar fair was very high. There was “sticker shock” at the presentation of every menu. It will need a stiff drink before examining the final itemized receipt. I think you could send a kid to an Ivy League college for a semester for what two weeks at this place cost! But we had a nice time.

Beautiful Hotel, was clean, always helpful, food was good, kids had fun in pool and slides, overall we had a great stay.

Spacious for kids, friendly staff

This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Starting with the lively vibe when you enter the lobby, to the extremely courteous front desk service, to having plenty for the kids, as well as great space away for the adults. We loved our villa, truly did not want to leave.
