It’s a beautiful, well-cared-for, immaculate property. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms with two separate sink areas, very comfortable beds. Staff extremely efficient and friendly. There is a nature preserve for walking, very nicely-maintained pool area and children’s playground - something for every generation.

The property is beautiful and our room was very nice. One main disappointment was that housekeeping was by request only and my family and I were staying for 2 nights, so I did call and request housekeeping on our second day. For whatever reason, this never happened. When I called the front desk back after we returned to our room, they said they would “work on fixing that”, but just took 45 minutes to bring us some towels. Service in the restaurant during our first meal was fantastic. We returned for breakfast on our last day and the service was terrible. So, some great parts of our stay, and some really bad parts as well.

It's a beautiful hotel. The beds were too firm for my liking, but my kids thought that they were fine. Would stay here again.

Affordable and very beautiful. I was not expecting such a beautiful location, room and even amenities like child park and trail. I plan returning to flagstaff and especially staying here.

The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained and weren’t crowded at all. The icing on the cake was the restaurant - the food was so good with healthy options that I really appreciated. It was a perfect weekend staycation spot for our family!

I can’t say anything but good things about this property!!! The ample wood space behind it is perfect for children. They have a playground and we come here every year to play in the snow!
