Worst hotel ever.. specially the AC units on the rooms are so noisy and me and my family couldn’t sleep at all plus they will charge $150 plus after u already paid for the nights. Its very dumb

Hi very good hotel on the way from Phoenix to Grand Canyon. Stay one night with family. Room very good only the air conditioning unit was really noisy. People at reception were very nice.

Cute remodel in the rooms. However, to charge what they charge per night with the pools under construction all summer and nothing else for families to do onsite is a little much! Also, we found out that you can see through your bathroom vent into the bathroom of the room behind you, not ok, so we had to put extra towels in front of it so we didn’t hear everything that was going on in there room or be able to see into our room!

Staff is wonderful! Grounds are nice. Love the outside seating. Beds are very comfortable. Enjoy the retro feel of the old motor lodge- equally family and partner friendly. Currently the facility is making improvements- the pool should be complete by end of summer 2024.

Love the rooms and their uniqueness. Also clean and no carpet! Also enjoyed the firepits and the recreational games for families. Loved the proximity to downtown Flagstaff.

I booked 3 rooms on Expedia, when I showed up, they said 2. Then I show them the reciept, no apology, then charge me 3 times, had me wait 30 minutes in the lobby while my guest / family was waiting anxiously. The night manager didn’t apologize and didn’t say what went wrong. They put me in the back, it’s noisy and the tv had no signal. We didn’t get explain for $20 for amenities and it’s just a fancy overpriced motel 6. Please do better

Excellent stay, friendly staff, and beautiful hotel from concierge, to rooms, to ammenities. Definitely recommend for anyone to stay whether you’re looking for a relaxing trip on your own, or a fun comfortable stay with a group of friends or family.
