Hotel Elev8 Flagstaff I-40 Exit 198 Butler Ave

I liked this hotel. It was nice. We only stayed one night, but wouldn't mind staying longer next time. I love the complimentary coffee bar and they had a hot chocolate option for the kids as well.

Came in from Chicago for a family trip to the Grand Canyon, I looked around at other hotels and this was the winner. My family and I loved it the hotel is updated, it smelled and looked clean the staff was friendly. These restaurant next door was great. The pool and hot tub could probably use a bit more maintenance but it was perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again Thank you Elev8 Hotel

The hotel is clean, modern, lots of outlets to charge all your devices, and complete with basic stuff you need like fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and iron and board. Bathroom is spacious as well. The location is accessible to almost all places you want to visit in Flagstaff. Most of all, price is very reasonable and staff are accommodating and friendly. Thank you! Will surely recommend to family and friends.

Clean. Room was big and kiddo loved the pool

I enjoyed the fact that I can have my babies (2cats) with me for a slight fee. The hotel is perfect and would definitely stay again. Also the check in was easy and smooth, Jay at the counter is an exemplary employee who is very kind, respectful and made sure I had what I needed.

I'm very sensitive to mold in buildings; even thought this was an older hotel, it's been recently renovated and was ok to stay at compared to most older hotels I have stayed at and not felt well (though I would still feel better at a newer place). It was a bit loud in the hallways on the weekend because of families staying there but this isn't a reflection on the hotel. The beds are very high, so if you have trouble getting up and down, I would recommend a handicap room. Convenient that it's located next to the highway.

Great updated room but we ended up finding a cockroach in our room decided to not file a complaint since it was late and my family was ready for bed after a long day of being out

We loved our stay at this hotel and especially love the 24 hot tub and sauna!! The staff was so helpful when our room key was giving us issues but the only problem we had was loud children and a dog barking late at night. That only happened the first night and other than that our stay was great! We will definitely be back!

Two night family stay

Elev8 Hotel was better than I expected. It was clean and they renovated their rooms and are currently renovating more of the hotel rooms. I love that their hot tub and Gym is 24 hours. We enjoyed the hot tub at 9pm after me and my kids finished with the North Pole Experience (NPX), they still had some energy to burn so the hot tub was nice and relaxing for them at the end of the day. The older gentlemen that worked at the front desk was nice, however the rest of the front desk staff was not. While I was checking in, a worker asked me which door did I come from? I had no idea what he was talking about, I don’t him I used the bathroom before I checked in. I felt like I was accused of doing something I wasn’t supposed to do, he the nice older gentlemen explained to me that the side door was supposed to be locked and he thought I came in through there. He told the other worker that I came through the front. Again, I had no idea what that was even about. I did not like how he approached me, I thought it was unprofessional. Our hotel room was clean, the shower head could be a little higher because the water literally just hit my chest. However, their ac/heater functioned amazingly! My kids and I were fast to be warmed up and cooled down when we got too hot. I would stay here again, minus the awkward check in experience. The other staff that worked in the front desk during the night shift weren’t welcoming, they just stared then went back to being on the cellphones.
