Didn’t check in and wrongfully charged for car parking. Tried to cancel last Saturday due to a family emergency, but got stuck in a circle between hotel and Expedite. A member of our traveling party went into Anaphylactic shock and had cpr for over an hour. Thankfully survived, but in ICU. Cancellation denied, but I shouldn’t be charged for car parking when I wasn’t even there.

Staff was always pleasant. It wa super windy so something on the outside of the building was banging alllll night. This was not a staff issues. However there was a jr hockey team staying and they were destroying the breakfast. I have never seen a group of children and adults be so disrespectful to their environment.

They hotel and the service were great. Breakfast could have had a few more voices like potatoes and bacon otherwise it was good. My only complaint would be the guest in the room above us had a child that just ran back and forth for hours and another guest of guests were smoking pit in their room.

Our stay was amazing! The front desk was beyond friendly and helpful. They even offered advice on the best family route to see the Grand Canyon. Overall, i would definitely recommend. The only issue was the air conditioner didn't do well at cooling the entire room. It left us so warm we had a difficult time sleeping.

We took a family trip out west to visit several national parks. This was a great hotel close to Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest. The room was very large and comfortable- the breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles! Everything you could want in a hotel!

The place was generally good. Not quite as great as the reviews would lead us to believe. Breakfast had no fresh cooked items, but did have a variety of hot and cold things. Tough menu for a celiac kid, though. Mostly bread. The pool was open but either not heated or broken, thus pretty useless unless you're doing a cold plunge. Hot tub was thankfully functional.

Hotel was very clean and rooms are a great size. The negatives were that they were out of extra blankets and we had 5 people in our room so were using the pull out couch, all they had left were extra comforters, which was ok but they are pretty thin. The walls between the rooms are also very thin and one neighbor was watching their TV at what sounded like full volume until very, very late (midnight) and my kids kept crying that they couldn't sleep, then another neighbor was up with their kids yelling at 5am, so none of us got much sleep. I have stayed here previously with no noise issue's but I don't think the hotel was quite as full at that visit. The free breakfast options were ok, but not great. Juice dispenser was broken and no regular bread for toast, or any fruit options.
