Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Phenix City - Columbus, an IHG Hotel

The staff at this facility were outstanding! So helpful and patient! I opened my trunk and jars of bbq sauce fell out and broke all over the parking. The staff immediately came out and cleaned it up for us. They helped my grandchildren with breakfast and were so kind to them ( usually no one wants to talk to them) it was very refreshing. Thank you and I will definitely stay at this facility again. Nancy Garstka

Everyone who worked here was so nice and hospitable! They were quick to help, engaged with my children (I’m pretty sure my son ended up with a crush!) and they were just a nice smiling face to see! 10/10 recommended. I wish the cleaning crew came every other day at least. Being in a hotel room with 3 small children for 6 days got messy! And it was warm so we were sweating at night and weren’t getting fresh sheets at all. Also I gave my kids a bath and under the bath mat was awful. I gave them the quickest bath just to get them out of there.

It was your lower grade but typical Holiday Inn. We went for family business in the area so we needed only a place to sleep and eat. This was sufficient here. Room: clean and sufficient but the a/c unit was extremely LOUD and the bathroom/shower very outdated. In regards to breakfast - everytjing was either running out or machines not working (pancakes). Coffee was always low. However, the staff that worked was very nice and polite once you asked for items that you would like. Also the receptionists were very nice and courteous. Would I come back? Probably not but will try Holiday Inn in downtown Columbus.
