We got to Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Columbus, GA & they said our reservation was canceled & they did not know why! We did not cancel the reservation & we were very upset because they didn’t have any rooms available! We were in town there for. big family celebration, so we’re very mad & we had to go to a different hotel that charged us $199. a night. Please refund all of my charges as soon as possible!

Shavon at the front desk was amazing when I checked in. Very friendly, helpful and she made traveling with my children very easy. She's the reason I'd give this hotel a 5 star rating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However with the hotel being a bit older, you could hear every movement of the floor above you. All the walking, and in my case kids playing, it was disruptful. I like they had the option of saving water with not washing towels as often but the water flow from the showerhead more than used up the water they were saving "for the planet". With that being said, the showerhead was great! Also, I think because of covid, all the single use items were not very environmentally saving. There was also no lotion provided to help with dry skin after using hard water. However, overall I would stay here again as the staff was awesome and the beds and towels were amazing.
