I was excited about staying here when I came to see some family and friends but the ball was dropped when someone decided that the kitchen should close an hour earlier than it should have been. There wasn’t really a reason given, but what I can assume is that the folks on the rooftop were too cold and didn’t want to stay out much longer. That was a bit disappointing.

The hotel was very clean and had every amenity that a guest could ask for. On the other hand, the hotel was severely understaffed. It took almost 20 minutes just to check in. The valet was run by one person and had me standing around with my toddlers for 15 minutes waiting. The text for retrieval valet service did not work. On top of all that, the walls are very thin and my adjacent room blasted bass heavy music until 3 am. And neither of the phones worked in my room, so I had to walk downstairs to the front desk. Where I had to wait another 15 minutes to be seen..at 3 am..

Absolutely an amazing experience!! Staff was exceptional, the main restaurant takes sometime to get the food out however, well worth the wait!! Everything on the menu we ordered was delicious!! Definitely get the Mac n Cheese ….on the kids menu!!! 😁 Convenient location, rooms serviced daily, friendly staff, food exceptionally delicious!!

This is a very nice property and the staff is quite generous with food vouchers. Just to note for families--the sofa is not full size and does not pull out. You cannot sleep on it in any fashion--it's the size of a chair. There is no space and a rollaway is not allowed. A family of 5 cannot stay here.
