I recently stayed at this hotel with my two children age 7 and 11, and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay throughout. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic spa facilities. The swimming pool was a great way to cool down, especially for children. However, due to its small size, it's advisable to check in advance for availability to avoid disappointment. Despite the many positives, there was one minor downside. The bed sofa provided for children was not very comfortable, which could be improved for a better overall experience. Overall, this hotel offers a great stay with its excellent staff, clean rooms, and fantastic spa facilities. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Stayed a your hotel numerous times before and have recommended to friends and family. On this occasion I was a little disappointed with the lack of tea and coffee facilities( only one milk and one biscuit ) no pillow sprays that we had enjoyed in the past . But we would definitely stay again.

Pretty good stay - would certainly let use again! Staff all very friendly, check in and out good, choice of food/drink also good. Only improvement I can think of off the top of my head would be for the pool to be warmer - it was freezing and the kids only lasted 20/25 minutes!

Booked junior suite with lounge access on 2nd floor for 1 night. We were woke up 6am in morning by window cleaners. ? Complained to manager who knocked £75 off room price for inconvenience. Stayed at this hotel loads times never had any problems. Other little niggles like cold breakfast, mens changing rooms to gym/pool were closed had to change in disabled toilet.

Had to vacate my room late at night due to a child screaming for a lengthy period of time. I am a frequent guest and i do hope that this is an isolated incident as it was half term. Overall i do love the hotel and the team are exceptional.

We had a 2x double bed bedroom (507), travelling as a family with a 14yr boy and 10yr girl who can't/won't share a bed. I asked for extra bedding and was given a single quilt, so improvised a single bed on the floor using the double quilt from one of the beds... I would so much prefer a room with a double and 2x singles but this seems to be impossible to find in many hotels. Good things: The pool was good (although tiny 19 capacity). We went down once when it was a bit busy, but they called us when we were able to go down to the facilities. Location Breakfast (husband and kids loved the waffles) Room size Separate bath and shower Things that could be improved: Shower pressure Bath plug was really stiff so hard to open/empty. Wasn't properly cleaned (fluff in bath, someone else's hair band on the floor behind the door) The nespresso machine had a piece missing so I had to hold the cup in place the whole time. I reported this on the first morning but it was not resolved..

Generally, a pleasing experience has friendly staff and good locations. Areas for improvement. 1. There were some glasses, crockery and even some pizza on a plate in the corridor in front of two other room doors, when we checked in. The room cleaners were still in other rooms in the corridor, when we arrived in the early afternoon, but all the items were still there when we came back from dinner. 2. We had some interactions with the hotel before our arrival regarding a requested cot bed. Unfortunately, there were some internal communication issues which delayed our check-in until our room was ready. 3. We were advised there were 'child-friendly hours' in the pool, but in the end, these hours were the only hours during which children were allowed in the pool. Which is fine if you want to balance the needs of families and spar visitors, but don't try to sugarcoat it with nice wording when this can be misleading. Just say there are hours when children can use the pool and people can plan accordingly. 4. The bread at breakfast was very stale, which was unfortunate as the rest of the breakfast was quite nice.

The hotel itself was really nice , great location 5 mins walk to life centre bars. Spa was disappointing , swimming pool was full , lots of children in there so not very relaxing. Breakfast was ok . no fried eggs for the duration .
