Hotel location was very good, breakfast was very good and service was very good. Our room was fine but we did need to ask reception to make the additional bed up for child staying as this wasnt done upon check in. We had relatives staying in same hotel having paid the same rate and they had more room items available to them, slippers , robes etc that we didnt receive. Felt almost as if our room hadnt finished being made up for our arrival. Staff very attentive when bed make up was requested however so that was corrected quickly whilst we had a drink in the very nice bar attached to the hotel. Would stay again.

Staff were immediately welcoming, even gifting little plush toys to my children. Checkin was quick and efficient, the room was clean and spacious, with everything we needed- a safe, coffee facilities, a fridge, towels and toiletries and sufficient bedding. Well located for central Manchester with restaurants, bars, trams, conference centre all within walking distance. Would use again, and recommend.

One of the more positiv experiences I have had for a while. The service was perfect, staff was very helpfull and the Hotel itself is perfectly located in Manchester, both if you are on foot or using public transport. I will be using the same hotel next time I am in Manchester! Five out of five stars from this dane and his family 🙂

Parking was a bit of nightmare to find info on but I got it prebooked and sorted - even with discount still over£30 for 24 hours. Great hotel location but room was boiling and hard to cool down and toilet very small - hard to get in and close the door and in a size 8. Breakfast was only ok - kept running out and not replenished quick enough, lots cold,hardly any fresh fruit and no granola. Ok sums it up and for £311 for a family room I expected more.

Staff friendly and helpful BUT I was staying with a large group 4 adults 6 children. I booked 3 family rooms 1 to be accessible as I have mobility issues. On arrival I discovered I could have either a family room or an accessible room but not both. I opted for accessible as I cannot managed anything other than walk in shower. This means I had to share my bed with two children! Seriously what if I was a lone disabled parent? It’s not really good enough.

We were a family of four but the room was prepared for 2 persons. We let reception know and then they prepped the room for an additional person. We had to call again and then someone came and dumped the bedding for the fourth person in the room and left. The bathroom was smelly and the carpet was dirty. However, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent staff at front desk, catering staff were good too, but the breakfast buffet is the best with so much choice of hot and cold food, fruits etc. fresh and tasty. Definitely a family friendly hotel in the city centre of Manchester.
