Nice Hotel. Our bed in the family double room dipped in the middle which is great if you like sleeping cuddled up to your spouse. Air conditioning didn’t work even after we reported it so had to sleep with the windows open and heard a lot of noise which you’d expect from a busy city. Full English breakfast was amazing..5 star!

Room was fine but not ready when we checked in, although this was after the time given. When we finally got in the room, no bed for our child despite the fact we booked a family room. More waiting. Breakfast was also a wait as they cook to order. Food was delicious but only one coffee given, asked for another which did not arrive. The stay was fine but not worth the money.

Lovely stay for two nights with family. Lovely modern hotel with relaxed atmosphere. Could do with a few more staff. Great breakfast.
