The location was exceedingly convenient- near the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Tube. Starbucks nearby. The rooms were clean and quiet. The cost was good compared to comparable nearby hotels whose prices were much higher. Recommended. (We had 2 rooms for this family travel for one week)

I stayed at the hotel 3 days with my family. Excellent position (next to Tower Hill and Skygarden for an evening walk or a drink and really close to the underground!). Food was very good both at breakfast and at dinner and the staff very kind and helpful… Highly recommended!!!

Our little family of three absolutely loved it. Location was perfect. Under a minute walk to the underground Tower Hill. About three-five minutes walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge . Loved the variety at breakfast and it was really good! Because of the location we were prepared of some noises from outside. It didn’t bother us at all. Our eight year old slept trough the entire night and we did as well. Really comfortable beds too. We didn’t want to go home!

Lovely hotel in great location for many London sights. Clean family room. Breakfast had a great choice but could improve on vegan offerings. Fridge in the room was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again

We stayed as a family of 4 at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and even gave us an unplanned early check-in when our kids needed to sleep after a long, restless flight. The room good - nothing fancy, but new, clean and fit all of our needs. The location was amazing - so close to the Tube and amazing views as soon as you walk out the door. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London!

Next door to tube station, tower of london and the pier! However, lacks convenience stores in the area. Food stand nearby for drunkin eats late night is a bonus. Restaurant attahced is mediocre but good for families. Extended bar would be great.
