We stayed at the property for a long weekend (4 nights) with a toddler. We could not have been happier with the mindful service here that made traveling with a three-year-old easy. The room is generously sized (by London standard) and they prepared everything we asked for (and much more) for the little one before our arrival. The location is very good (2 min walk to the Tower Hill station) and the traffic is not too busy in front of the hotel. There is a small pool in the spa and has adult-only hours. We were able to make the schedule work and the little one enjoyed the pool. In room dining has a good kids menu with many options. Would recommend this place for any family traveling with young kids.

Some of the most amazing service I've had at any hotel. The staff friendliness towards me and my kids was amazing. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels all over the world and this one rates at the top. In fact I've never written a review good or bad about anything ever before.
