Tower Suites by Blue Orchid

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed Expedia had cancelled my booking with no explanation but the hotel still got us in (family of 4 travelling from Canada) and gave us the same rate. They were super accommodating. Great location and awesome rooms. We were able to do laundry! Only drawbacks would be that the AC didn’t seem to always work and we slept on a pullout that wasn’t super comfortable but it worked. (The kids took the good beds). The staff were super helpful too.

Great experience all around. Every staff member was fantastic, they went above and beyond. The apartment we received was great for our family of 4. Everything was in great condition. We had a few special requests and they handled them fantastically. The breakfast buffet was a great selection and very tasty. Very close to tower hill tube station so it was convenient to get around. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed ourselves and felt the property was nicely updated. The only issue for our family was the mattress and the sofa bed were too hard. That could be fixed very easily and then I could give them 5 stars. Close to public transit and easy to get around.

Hotel was great. Staff was very helpful. Room was very spacious for our family of 4. Breakfast was very good and the Italian restaurant for dinner was also very good. Hotel location is wonderful for walking to things and also for jumping on the tube.

Had a great 4-night stay. Had the most amazing, helpful, and friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had a few special requests once we checked in, and they quickly and happily accommodated. The room was very clean, modern, and had great amenities. The king bed was very firm, actually didn’t mind it but normally prefer a softer bed. Sofa bed mattress was like they all are, thin and uncomfortable, but we requested an extra mattress to add on top and they brought it up right away. Our teenage son slept on the sofa bed with 2 mattress all 4 nights and it was perfect! Loved how close it was to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and pubs in close walking distance. Very nice area just across the bridge on the river as well. Restaurant had great food and service…there’s free coffee in the lounge. Did not do the breakfast Buffett but ordered breakfast a few days off the menu, very good breakfast food and the kids loved the lasagna for dinner! It was a little further away from the central city attractions, but hopped on the underground right there at Tower Hill station and we were there in 10-15 minutes no problem. Quiet and safe area, definitely recommend to others, and would stay again when in London.

This is was a perfect central location for everything. The facility was amazing. We so got our money worth. The space was amazing not tight room to move around. They had a washer and dryer in the room. Honestly better then and Airbnb. Great for a family of four. Oh an a great little dinner when you exit the hotel on the right of the hotel.

Amazing stay at hotel. The staff were friendly and tended to our needs and requests. The executive suite was fantastic as it met our expectations and beyond. We stayed for 10nights. It had King size bed and a double sofa bed prepared for our family of 3. It has lots of cabinet space for us to keep our stuff, nice kitchenette, user-friendly microwave, washing machine. Fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has amenities and nice smelling shampoo, conditioner, hand soap & body lotion. They replenished the towels & complimentary water bottles every day. The hotel is also near Tower station which connects to Circle & District lines. The Hop on and off bus stop was also within short walking distance (outside Tower of London) with the personnel helping us to issue tickets to board the bus. Our room faces the inner court but it’s quiet and peaceful.

Wish the staff was more cooperative in giving a late checkout othwerise the location, the large family suite with washing machine and kitchen was excellent.

Our family loved the stay at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid. Amazing location just opposite to Tower of London, easy access to Underground and other transportation, great guest service team - always smiling and friendly and awesome breakfast that offers a wide range of food and drinks.
