DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross

Stayed overnight in a family room with my two daughters. One double bed and one single. A little cramped in the room but fine for us. Pillows on the soft side, again for us. Good shower. Close to underground.

It was an excellent holiday with my family. The staff were extreme helpful and courteous. Highly recommended. Did I mention that the cookies were fresh and warm? :)

Great stay when visiting Disney. Easy local bus right outside the property, nice pool area and spots for the kids to run around. 2 bedroom suite was ideal for 3 adults and 2 kids. Would stay again! Breakfast was a bit of a mess so go early.

Very good family friendly hotel, super helpful staff and good location. We did arrive on the morning and wanted to drop of suitcase but our room was ready so we been checked in straight away. Also got complimentary drinks voucher for the hotel bar. Also good service at the breakfast.Recommended.

Stayed in a family room with two double beds. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom and shower was good. Check in experience was poor. No cookies on arrival. We were given a key to someone else’s room so just ended up walking in on them. Breakfast was cramped as tables were packed in too tightly so we kept being knocked by people going past. Food was ok and pretty standard for a hotel. A lot of stuff had run out. My wife had to ask a staff 3 times to refill the milk but this was ignored. As a seasoned traveller, I expected much better service from a 4 star hotel.

Excellent for families and anything in general. We loved the free cookies! Breakfast was brilliant too!

Enjoyed my stay here with the family. Had good breakfast with variety of selections. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Access to transportation is within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again when travel back to London.

Staff couldn't do enough for you nothing was to much trouble very child friendly

We were visiting family and wanted to stay in the locality.

It seems to be one of the few properties that had two queen sized beds, and that's one of the reasons I choose it. The kids aren't quite old enough for their own room yet. The staff is hands down, fantastic! Before we even arrived, Brogan Kulup was answering my many questions on the best way to get to a few places, as I had some tours booked and was trying to workout times to leave and the best way of travel. Once we arrived Emmanual checked us in and he was really kind always stopping to have a short conversation about our outing for the day. A few places he even mentioned, I live here, I need to go check that out. Funny enough, he's not a football (soccer) fan, so when I asked about Emirates Arsenal Stadium, for which we had a tour booked, he really didn't know how to get there. I just found that humorous. He was a great guy though, although giving the kids cookies when we returned from our daily adventure. I knew some tube stations were close, but I didn't realize how close. Angel station is literally, left out the door of the hotel, left at the corner, right at the next corner and it's at the bottom of the road. It's maybe a 7 minute leisurely walk. From there King's Cross station is one stop away. It's literally turn right out the door from the hotel and walk about 0.6 miles and you're at King's Cross / St. Pancras. You can catch the underground and overground from there. There is also a bus stop across the road and down the road. So getting around is easy
