Great stay with 4 adults, 3 kids, 2 rooms with double beds. Staff was extremely friendly, a lot of options for breakfast which was great to get kids fed before heading out. Location is good, Uber and taxi everywhere. The Union Tavern across the road was excellent. Thank you, will definitely check it out again in the future.

At 10 pm an unknown person using a keycard entered our room. We were very surprised and our children frightened. I called the front desk and was told they knew nothing but would look into it. The next day i spoke to the manager and he stated the same thing he would look into it. I believe more should have been done. We were not pleased with the whole situation. Thankfully we were on our last night.

Nice hotel in a great neighborhood. There is a great tavern just opposite the road and more pubs and restaurants only 300 meters from the hotel. We stayed during Easter and the hotel was full. The breakfast restaurant was also full but we managed to enjoy the breakfast anyway.
We stayed in family room. The room is ok in terms of size but lacks a closet and a bit of storage for 4 persons.

Let me start by saying the staff at Crowne Plaza King's Cross are wonderful and the location is nice & walkable if you need to get to King's Cross-St. Pancras. Unfortunately, our small room, burnt dinner and disappointing shower overshadowed the positives. Check in was quick & easy. We had to add a night due to a train strike which had our Eurostar trip delayed by a day. They were able to keep us in the same room which was nice since we had luggage & 2 children. We booked a premium room with 2 double beds and there was barely any walking space between the bed & the desk. We ordered pizza for room service and the bottom was burnt & inedible. Lastly the shower was the type that basically has no door. This was frustrating because the water would leak out onto the bathroom floor leaving it soaked. While the rest of the stay wasn't terrible, I do not see us staying here again in the future.

If with children the hotel location is not so convenient but at least outside the hotel there’s one bus can take to St Pancras International Train station. Overall we are still satisfied and happy with.

Best part of our stay was the restaurant dinner. Although it was pricey, the food was delicious and family friendly service exceptional

Lovely hotel, nice location. During our visit only 1 of 3 elevators was working correctly so it meant a lot of waiting for the elevators or using the stairs for 6 floors. As we had some older family with us that was not ideal. Rooms very clean, comfortable and spacious.

The room was insufferably hot. They gave us two fans, but it wasn’t enough. We were not allowed to open the windows either.
Though this property is on King's Cross, it is not all that close to King’s Cross station; just keep that in mind. It was about a10-15 minute walk to the station. Not terrible, but just something to know.
Check in was inefficient. There were at least six families/groups waiting for rooms at 3:00 p.m.
The staff are nice.

Housekeeping doesn’t always answer the phone when you need something basic like a towel. The rooms are small for a family of four but I get it. Rooms are pretty sound proof, so I appreciate not hearing our neighbors.

We booked this as our first weekend away with our new baby and specifically asked for a travel cot. When we arrived, the cot was broken and there was no bassinet (expecting us to lay our baby at floor level). There was no matress and they used a towel, and no sheet was provided. They folded an adult double bed sheet into four which was unsafe for the baby. In addition the air conditioning didn’t work and the room was 25 degrees. We asked for a sheet for the cot and were told someone was coming but they didn’t. We ended up having to buy our own cot and walk to pick it up and bring it back. We then had to change rooms for functioning air conditioning, which still didn’t cool the room to below 24 degrees despite being on for a full weekend. The property manager offered us free dinner to compensate and was extremely helpful which we appreciated however it didn’t quite make up for the stress and fact that the hotel seemingly provides unsafe sleep environments for babies.
