Amazing room. The kids were very happy. Personal was very helpful and friendly. We asked for one hour longer checkout and the very kind lady in reception gave us one hour longer checkout for free. Rooms and bar/restaurant are one high standard. Also is pet-friendly so we were able to take our two dogs with us. Highly recommend for everyone.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered! Room was unclean upon arrival. Room was not cleaned during my two day stay. Service from staff was awful. Toilet and main bathroom separate but no sink in toilet so you have to walk round to wash your hands. No room for luggage storage in family room. In fact no floor space. Never again I’m afraid!

It was a ok experience, clean rooms, however, the shower was leaking, so i had to stop the leak, other than that the hotel was a good stay, oh we were given wrong info regarding kids eating free breakfast, we were told by receptionist that we only need to accompany the kids during the breakfast times, even of we dont want breakfast our selves, which ended up with us paying for breakfast.

Excellent hotel, very clean, friendly and kind staff. First time staying out with 3 month old baby, staff gave room suitable for all the family, had no issues. Room was spacious, baby settled really well, I wish I’d stay here before, would recommend.

The room was ready. Expensive due to being marathon weekend which is why we were there. Good condition. Unfortunately a fire alarm and evacuation really spoiled the stay, standing in the cold with a child after 10pm waiting to be let back in less than ideal.

A lovely family stay at Novotel Excel. Great area with lots to do. Cable cars over to the O2 for some shopping. Amazing links into London via Uber boat, DLR and Elizabeth line.
