i biked it in evening and checkin after12 visit family and friends with kids i got my room in lower ground floor. one of my kids feeel cold and night and wheeze

The t.v. was rubbish, 90% of channels was " no signal". If you had kids along, they would be bored silly.

Last minute booking for family who were visiting from up north. I had to speak to hotel reception to check a few details and they were most helpful. We had a family room comfortable for two adults and a child who slept on the sofa bed, thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and found parking across at the Asda car park was very convenient

Room was really clean & comfortable, the location was great for the event I was attending, and the breakfast was of a good standard. The only thing that spoiled my stay was the very loud, and vile language of one particular family in the lobby/bar area on Saturday early evening. I was astounded that they would shout in such a way in front of their children. But that is hardly the fault of the hotel!

3 couples stayed one night to attend a family funeral we returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage and the staff were kind and helpful even offered a cupp of coffee to our traumatized party. We were very grateful for there concern. 10 /10 for service.
