A Hilton hitel on the outskirts of Luton. Spacious but chargeable parking. Good teception service. My room was spacious and clean Restaurant is OK but limited menue choices. Breakfast buffet has a good selection. The breakfast time service is very busy with a considerable number of young children getting fed before school. So either eat early or chance leaving it to 0900.

So much noise… kids running up and down the corridors from early evening to close on midnight People shouting snd laughing, had disturbed sleep and I’ve stayed in this hotel more tha 20 times! Is this hotel housing people because I noticed children in school uniforms arrive after school?

Stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting a family member in the area. Hotel room was large and nice double shower with all toiletries by Crabtree & Evelyn. Tea & coffee and a small fridge in the room. There was a small issue with my towels on arrival but this was soon sorted by housekeeping. Had two evening meals at the hotel which were very nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and quiet, and on the bus route.

Rooms were good if slightly chilly as they had a heating problem but we had been notified just before we left home. Too late to organise anything else to we picked up a jumper. Nice breakfast fancied waffles but the amount of mums making them for the family was off putting. Perhaps a second waffle maker needed

Arrived in the cold, dark and rain but parking was right outside and reception was welcoming. Easy check in and impressed with room. Whilst getting ready to go out for dinner we were aware of kids running around the hotel and saw them doing the same when we went out. Sadly they were still doing it on return and had taken to screaming and shouting in the outside area! This went on until about 10pm. Other than that the hotel was fairly quiet and we got a good sleep which was good as we had an early start. Arrived bang on time for breakfast. Lots of choice but because we were early things like bread and butter were solid. Cooked breakfast was ok. Whilst eating Maria came and asked how our night was and we explained about the children - bless her she spoke to reception and refunded our parking fee and gave us a bottle of water each - which she didn’t have to do and we weren’t expecting but was a lovely gesture. At the end of the day it wasn’t the hotels fault it was the parents!

This is a good hotel and an ideal location for Inspire Sports Village. There is a nice selection of food at breakfast and the room was comfortable. We have stayed here before and were happy, however, the intake of homeless/asylum seekers has let the hotel down. Whilst this is a noble thing to do, children running up and down the corridors late at night and the noise from those rooms was unacceptable. I feel they should by respectful of other guests in the hotel. The cost of a room for the weekend had also increased significantly from our stay the previous year.

Good stay, just overnight stay before my flight early hours. Little bit dated, but clean and welcoming. Noisy night as children running on the corridors late, but I believe thee was some venue going on. Convenient, so will definitely return.
