Eurotraveller Hotel-Premier Harrow

One night stay whilst attending a concert at wembley. Very friendly staff. Free parking. Room was big and perfect for a family. Had a mini fridge, iron, kettle etc. Very safe area with good transport links amd a huge waitrose next door with a good cafe.

What a fabulous choice of hotel for our visit to London to see Taylor Swift. We arrived before 1pm and were greeted by polite, friendly helpful staff who allowed us to check in early. Check in process was simple and speedy and we were given key cards to our rooms. ( 1 of which had a free upgrade to a family room). Before we left reception we were handed a printed slip of paper with details of all travel options; buses and trains to help us get to Wembley Stadium easily and safely. This proved invaluable and an excellent touch to making the trip and experience run smoothly. The bus stop was directly outside the hotel and was a 5 minute ride to the Harrow bus station which was situated next door to the tube station that allowed us to get to Wembley easily. When we got to our rooms, they were light and airy and spacious. Lovely and clean with a condoned and large bathroom. There was a fridge, safe, iron, fans, a heater and drink facilities. We were able to order food into our room via Uber eats without issue and this helped us prepare for our evening —- and also when we returned after the concert. The staff were brilliant when we returned to hotel at approx 1am. Nothing was too much trouble. We were allowed extra tea and milk for our drinks. Check out in the morning was simple and again the staff were pleasant and wished us safe journey home and thanked us for our stay. I would highly recommend and would have no doubts in booking again if I were to visit in the future.

Stayed with family. The room was comfortable and clean, quick response to extra blankets and other additional requests. Good continental breakfast for great price. Good amount of stores and restaurants not far from the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We asked to keep our luggage after checkout for a few hours. Very accomodating. The location is far from London attractions, about an hour ride, but it was convenient location for us as only 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport and an hour away from our next longer destination. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the staff and services. Thank you!

My family (2 adults 2 teens) stayed at the Eurotraveller Hotel-Premier Harrow during the historic heat wave of July 2022. We were so grateful for our room's air conditioning during that time and it made staying in London bearable. Although the hotel is not super luxurious or updated, it is beyond clean--probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. We stayed in a family room, which was fabulous--one double bed and two singles, which was perfect for our family, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated for bus lines and about a 10 minute walk to the South Harrow tube stop for access to central London. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it.
