While some guests have noted inconsistencies in service and room amenities, many praise the friendly staff and spacious rooms. The hotel boasts a pool, though reviews suggest it may be small and busy at times. Families should be aware that room service hours are limited, and additional amenities may incur extra charges. The stay was good and service staff where good just disapointed that we found out that we where charged for our 4 year old food when the in room information on tv informs us that children under 5 eat free

We stayed here in a family suite for a concert at the Ovo arena. It was excellent - temperature was correct, room lovely etc. My only two complaints were all those little plastic bottles - surely there’s a better way these days? And while we managed to get room service after the concert (everything else was closed and the venue told us the concert started at 6 when in fact is started at 7.50!), that was only because room service runs to 11 on Friday and Saturday. A weeknight would have been a lot more hungry!

The big fall down from our stay was the fact that our room contained only a single bed for a family of 4. We reported this to reception on arrival and, when we returned to our room 3 hours later, we found an extra set of bedding had been left but no beds for our 14 and 12 year olds. We reported this to reception again and 2 beds arrived almost 3 hours after our arrival (by now after 11pm), but as the room was made only for 2, we didn’t have towels for everyone. At this stage given the time of night we left it. The staff we dealt with from housekeeping were pleasant enough and the rest of the staff we encountered were helpful. The location is perfect for Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a good stay despite the protracted matter of making sure everyone had a place to sleep!

We could NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. The day reception team are awful- disinterested, unhelpful and tell blatant lies to get you away from reception as fast as possible. The night reception team are excellent - far more helpful and kind. Breakfast food quality is also so mixed- pastries and coffee good but hot food very very poor quality- however the breakfast service team are the friendliest and most hardworking you will ever find anywhere. The pool is tiny and disgusting and runs external baby swim classes and the colour of the water was almost greenish in appearance- do not book this hotel if a pool and spa area is something valued as you will never enter this one.On booking a £450 a night room you would expect room service but no- it shuts at 10pm!!!! so if you go to a show or event and arrive back at 22.30pm there is nothing to eat in the hotel even though the reception team tell you it is 24 hours- IT ISN'T!!! In an executive room the ONLY free item provided is a bottle of water and if you want a second bottle of water it costs £10!!!!!!!!! £10 for a small 500ml plastic bottle of water- INSANE. So potentially an excellent hotel with some amazing staff totally ruined by greed on costs, lack of effort to provide room service and day receptionists who actually tell total untruths either because they are poorly trained or temp/ agency or who genuinely don't care and are managed by someone higher who doesn't care Switch the brilliant breakfast manager to reception

We booked the hotel because of its location, reviews and because it had a pool. The location and service did not let us down, the check-in, room service, sky9 bar and check out however the peaceful spa session to start my birthday off wasn't quite as expected with rave music during an exercise class, a sauna that was under maintenance and a full whirlpool area with kids because the pool was being used for the exercise class.
