The views were amazing! Pool was clean and not overly crowded. There was no kid/child pool, as advertised online.

I love this hotel already planning on booking again with my kids. Came out here alone and they made me feel safe and helped me to get around.

First time in St Thomas, stayed at Pirate Mansion for 7 nights with my 11 years old boy. Let me advise some people. I owe es business and I hate to leave bad reviews but it’s not fair for us as a tourist to expend money and services is bad.
When you get off from the airport get ready to wait for a taxi for about 1 hour, there is no Uber, no private taxi, when we finally arrived to the hotel the welcoming was terrible, the lady’s at the front desk were like they were boring, moody and hate their job. My room was in down in the hills, and then had to go down to the second floor, the doorman drove us and not even offered help with the luggage’s, still tipped him with $7.00. The room was all dirty, I went to the lobby and to let them know and showed them pictures and they didn’t care. I said okey, I am here let me try to make the best of this trip. You better be on shape because it’s a lot of walking, ups and down. Taxi are expensive, they charges by person, even if it’s a baby. You can’t walk because it takes you 30 minus to go anywhere by walking, by cars about 3-7 minutes. The taxi are not that nice but thanks God I found a good one - He is very respectful, on time and will take you anywhere. Best beaches, Lindquist beach omg 😍😍 the best beach ever - $7 dollar, you have to bring food and drinks, they have no restaurants, but it’s gorgeous, calm, clear , quiet- honeymoon beach, magen’s bay beach - avoid cokie beach.

I’ll mention all the good things first if you want a honest review please read! My stay was for my birthday weekend so just a quick stay. First let me say the property has a million great things which is why I booked there and paid $328 & a $250 deposit for one night. It’s exclusive aesthic was very attracting. Grounds are well kept and the view is nothing less of amazing! I arrived was offered ice cold bottled water the manager silka or silky attempted to get me in a room early so I didn’t have to wait til my “originally booked room” was ready which would’ve been at 4pm. I thought that was such a nice gesture and accommodation. Only to haul ass and luggage to that private suite just to wall in on a entire family who seemed as bewildered as me. So being that I was tired and exhausted I just walked out (obviously I mean they were there first) the bellhop guy phoned the manager who had me go back to the office to inform me that my originally assigned room has to be cleaned and I will have to wait somewhere on the premises..pool bar suggested. So I say hey ok no big deal I’ll go wait (now I’m also thinking of this 5:00pm sunset cruise) that I have booked but ok me and my spouse and child go to the pool bar where we we had to order because we were starving at this point. So we order the long awaited pizza and it honestly would’ve been better if I would’ve purchased a frozen out the grocery store. But finally I get a call that my room was ready.. so we wait and wait for this pizz

GREAT! Family of 4 (mom, dad, twins age 7). Suite was exactly as the hotels.com photos depicted. Awesome harbour view, large 1 Bedroom Suite, and very clean. Wireless internet in the condo worked great - the fee was $22 for the week aka bargain! Kitchen and W/D all awesome to have. Hotel close to everything if you have a car - inclusive of 3 grocery stores. Yes, there are steps on property - but these were of no challenge for our family - and were charming. Saw 3 small chickens our entire stay. (Chickens were everywhere on the island.) Front desk staff and concierge all friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Pool clean and deep - but we are swimmers. We visited a different beach each day. Cooked our own breakfasts, packed snacks, etc. and typically ate one meal out or at hotel open air pub. Driving on left not a challenge. Found other drivers to be courteous. Viewed the safari cabs as dangerous for our family - benches in back of pick-up trucks.
Car ferry to St. John one day. Coral World Sea Lion encounter. Not a fan of "cruisers" that come off ships like locusts - but we obtained the schedule and tried to stay clear of them. Had a wonderful vacation and look forward to planning a return trip.

I enjoyed to my stay 100% at Bluebeards Castle! The front desk staff was very helpful upon my check in. The view from my room was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and my room was very clean. I love that it was very quiet, I felt like I was on a island all by myself. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! This will not be my last stay at Bluebeard's Castle!!!
