Castle Villas at Bluebeards by Capital Vacations

Overall the visit was okay. The communication from the beginning was lacking. We were given the wrong room with not enough beds for our whole family. Took about 20 minutes to finally get a new room. Laundry only comes once a day, you just put out your dirty linens to get fresh ones. No room service that cleans the room during the day. The small kitchenette was nice but very small. The pillows and mattresses weren't very comfortable. We had water leaking from what seemed like in the walls bc we couldn't find source of it but all of our luggage was drenched. We had 4 people in our room but was only given enough towels for 2 people. We also had to ask 3 days in a row for toilet paper. They brought us paper towels instead. Parking was easy, pool was nice temp and the view was great.

We had a great stay at Bluebeards! We we here for a family emergency and it was so nice to have a clean and quiet room to come back to. The staff were extremely nice and very accommodating. It was very nice that our room had a microwave, cook top, and refrigerator.

It’s good for family vacation

The property is very conveniently located around major attractions, shopping as well as dining options. The views from the property are some of the best you could experience on the island. Spacious, clean, upgraded rooms made sure we had a comfortable stay. The little kitchenette came in very handy in preparing food for little children in our group. There is an in-house restaurant and a convenience store for day today needs. Staff is polite and helpful. Spacious pool and jacuzzi are with a wonderful view of the bay. Everything about this property is family friendly and we’ll definitely stay again and recommend this property.

I went on vacation with my husband, mother in law and 5 month old baby! The hotel was great! The staff was super nice, the room was clean and everyone was super pleasant! I liked that the rooms had a fully equipped kitchen, so we went to the market and prepared breakfast for ourselves. The convenience store on the property also has great sandwiches and the cafe/restaurant on the property also had delicious food! I really enjoyed my stay and plan to stay there again next time I go!

My plane arrived arrived in St. Thomas at approximately 8:40 AM on Nov. 08, 2013 after spending a stop over in San Juan, PR since 12:45 the previous night from my flight from New York. I was not allwoed to check in at the hotel until 4:00 PM. which was down right unreasonable. Front dest personal stated that was the hotel policy and noting could be done. My room was only clean once for the 6 nights that I stayed at the hotel. Again due to hotel scheudle when each room is clean. My return flight to New York on Nov. 14, 2013 was schedule for a 6:00 PM departure from St.Thomas, but check out time was 10:00 PM. Thank God it was just me as a single person on this trip.
