Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham - St. Thomas

We loved our stay. I brought my husband for his 55th birthday. This resort is a cute little secluded resort with a private beach, and two pools. It was not over crowded or filled with kids. The hilltop infinify pool has a swim up bar and both pools have lots of activities (bingo, DJ...etc). The resort is very well maintained and the staff are all great. There is only 1 restaurant so you'll have to go into town for other meal options, groceries, snacks, etc, but they even have certain days/times that they will take you or you can just grab a cab. They do have a little market on site as well. The best thing about the whole trip is, even though they offer the time share presentation, they did not pressure us to sign up or even ask us to attend.

The resort grounds are beautiful, staff was excellent!! I only have 3 problem's 1. There should be more restaurants on the grounds and 2. There should be a pool for adults only especially on the roof top. Kids/babies in the pool with pampers on which is not sanitary and 3 kids hanging out at the bar with adults is not a good look. If kids had there on pool and kidding bar that would be fine. I don’t want to be sitting at a bar with kids!

Great staff. Was odd that you couldn’t park near your room but they were good about golf cart service. The room had a king bed, which was incredibly comfortable, and a queen pullout couch, that was not comfortable at all. That would be my only complaint. hillside pool was great. Restaurant was delicious food…the kids wanted to eat there every night. Beach was disappointing - very small and covered in seaweed so it smelled bad too.

They over charged for the excursion, never apologized when I asked for a refund. Acted like I had a problem when they double charged me. Super rude, poor customer service, staff acted like we were inconveniencing them. It was a horrible experience. The bartenders were very nice and the rooms were clean. But I would not recommend this resort to family or friends, that is not how you treat people, every day, on vacation. I would like the refund.

We loved Margaritaville! My family had a great time. The staff were very attentive and always had a smile. The happy hour at the pool bar was a plus! We will be back.

We stumbled on this place after a hurricane readjustment. I loved it and my family did too! Fun on site activities, easy access to downtown and super friendly staff. Also very clean. I would love to return!

We had a wonderful trip. My family felt safe and loved all of the amenities. Having a kitchen in our room was so helpful. We absolutely loved the snorkeling adventure next to the resort.

Short staffed. Distance from parking to room. Poor beach. Limited dining. Required to depend on resort shuttle, which require tips, and had limited drivers. 76 steps to get to rooms door. Room wasn't cleaned or freshened our entire stay. Had to request fresh towels, toilet paper, etc twice while there (one week). Would not recommend for young children, older guest, or guest with any type of mobility challenges.

My family and I just stayed at Margaritaville and it was great. The rooms are huge and everything was very clean. Because the rooms are in several buildings, the resort has golf carts to transport guests to and from the main building. Parking was a challenge; a valet option would have been welcome. Although the property sits on the bay, erosion has decimated the beach. However, Coki Beach is within walking distance, and we took advantage of the proximity. Staff is all very welcoming and friendly. There is a daily schedule of activities around the resort. Food (and drinks) at the restaurants were good—naturally there were lots of margarita options. If you have a taste for local food, take a short walk to Coki. I’m glad we chose this property and would stay here again.

A pretty clean, and comfortable stay on a beautiful property. We are a family of 5 and the price was very good for a unit that slept 8. We always have difficulty finding a place to stay that does just cram 5 people into a one bedroom. This place was two levels, 2 rooms, 2 baths, large living area, and kitchen. I would warn people going that have children (I have 3 girls 11-13yrs) stay away from the upper pool. They say children are welcome there and they are. But you should know that some people feel this is an appropriate place to make out, nearly have sex, and get drunk.
