Fantastic hotel. Great rooms for couples and families. Clean and very central. We loved it.

Staff members were courteous however was not very on top of helping when there was an actual issue. This issue being the noise of kids running up and down the hallway early morning and in the evening, and also people screaming and banging upstairs.

The staff at the breakfast venue headed by Lisa, the supervisor , surprised me with a birthday cake & song complete with placards. That was a nice & unexpected gesture! I was like how did she know…& for them to look around the resto for me. Wow! I was touched! I’ve been telling all my friends & family about my experience. I will surely recommend your hotel.

The Check-in was fast and efficient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was central. Could do better with organising the chaos of large number of Indian families during breakfast.

Service from staff was poor. Had to wait hours for baby bed, argued about breakfast (though booked in advance). Old and outdated room. All rooms suffer from extremely loud noise whenever near rooms flush the toilet.
