My whole family love the pillows! Its one of the best pillows we ever slept. Good locations, many shopping area and lots of massage to choose. Will stay again if i ever go bangkok again. I hope hotel can tell me what brand the pillow is.

Concept of platform bed was great but not so much for the elderly. Good place to stay at with friends and kids, but not so much for the elderly.
