Always stay here in Bangkok. This time with huge family room which is comfortable for the kids too!

The hotel boasts itself as a 5 star hotel and unfortunately, the guests that it receives are not close to 5 stars. Our room was adjacent to a family suite so we constantly heard children running, screaming and playing with the door bells. There were also 3 families at the other end of the hallway who enjoy talking along the hallway with their coffee in hand. Perhaps the hotel can improve on its soundproofing. We were hoping to play some tennis but the courts were converted into a hydroponics farm. The hotel is attached to a convention hall. There was a constant flow of men in suit who were unruly and impatient. Our bags were sent to our rooms as their check in was 3pm local time. My haversack was tipping over the edge of the open wardrobe and my friend's luggage appeared to be just wheeled in from the door. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless, the view of the city was wonderful. The water pressure was good. The welcome drinks served at the bar were tasty. Thank you.

My family of four (inclusive of two teenagers) had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel links into the massive shopping mall next door and is only a short walk to the nearby BTS (sky train) terminal. The buffet breakfast on the 51st floor is available to “Club” guests and is fantastic. Be sure to try out their a la carte menu items.

Great stay with family, nice hotel with everything, good size pool and gym. In the center of everything we needed, Very convenient location with access to central world shopping center.

Such an amazing and wonderful place with an amazing view from the family premium room, the biggest and probably the best breakfast that I’ve ever had.

We booked the family room for our BKK trip for the new year and we had a smooth experience. The room was huge and good enough for a family of four. We had 2 king beds in the room and it was comfortable for us. The room had a separate walk in closet area and the shower/toilet was huge as well. Hotel amenities was good. Location-wise the hotel is perfect and it was easy to find food and shopping options are aplenty. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fabulous with plenty of halal and non-halal varieties.

Very central hotel with Supermarket & shopping mall just downstairs. Hotel room is spacious & staff are friendly & helpful. The skybar is very impressive. Highly recommend for couple or family to this hotel.

Convenient for families.

This is the perfect hotel in terms of comfort, location especially for family travels. All great except minor details are neglected such a toilet paper holders became loose, shower glass door cannot close fully resulted in wet and slippery floor outside the door areas...other than this, strongly recommended.
