Where to start? First it took us 1 hour to get to the hotel because of not finding taxis, then we arrived and when we got to the room the AC was not working. We contacted the front desk but did not have no maintenance on site. First they offered us to go to a hotel which was 2 times less that what I paid for my room. Second they offered us to go to a room of 2 people when we were 4. Then the other option was to stay without AC. We got them to return 100 which I think is not even fair considering I paid almost 600 for one night. We were never able to talk to the manager or supervisor since there was no one available. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Never again and if you want good attention and someone who is in charge that can solve your problems and be able to sleep well specially with kids is better for you to look for another hotel this one is not worth your money. I think this hotel should contract people with good customer service and not people you careless about quality and consumers needs and satisfaction

Amazing hotel from a picky traveller! We booked a deluxe room for 2 adults and a child, and it was perfect. Quite a large room with a large bathroom. The restaurant for breakfast was great, and we had a few lunches and drinks on the rooftop. Loved the pool as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, the staff is super helpful and the location is easy access to the metro and shopping. Rooftop bar has amazing views and great drinks. Will stay here again on next visit and recomdend to family and friends.

Great location and friendly staff. When we checked into our room, our 4-year-old’s bed had a kids-sized bathrobe on it, which he absolutely loved. Complimentary waters and sweet treats added to the level of attention and detail during our stay. I would highly recommend.

A perfect hotel for any family staying in Barcelona. The staff were exceptionally courteous, kind and helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is within easy walking distance to so many attractions. Overall I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is lovely the junior suites was fantastic and very large with a luxurious bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was fabulous would definitely stay again.

Well located in the older part of Barcelona, within 5 minutes walk of Barcelona Cathedral (this is well worth a visit but it's not the Sagrada Familia, which, for me, is basically a magnificent work (in progress) of art, and also well worth a visit). The hotel was excellent with only, for me, two slight drawbacks. The first was that the breakfast menu was very good except that the cereals did not include muesli. I like my muesli. The second is that I didn't read the hotel details carefully enough to realise that the swimming pool shown on the roof terrace in the hotel's online brochure is actually a plunge pool and is really for the kids - it's only a few metres long and a little over a metre deep. But the terrace as a whole is a lovely place for the view and for your evening g&t before heading off to bed. But these are minor: a very good hotel and I would use it again. Peter Jackson
