We had the corner suite. The bathroom layout is more appropriate for a couple than a family since there is no door between the bathroom shower and tub area and the rest of the suite.
Great location, and the breakfast was very good. It was included in the price of the room.

Amazing staff!!! Yes the property is nice but the service was excellent. Every night the staff made me an ice pack for my sore knees. They brought in a cot at 3 am for my kid to sleep in my room after a night of partying turn bad. The roof top bar was our fav place and location was super!

From the moment we entered Ohla Hotel Barcelona we were made to feel special and appreciated.
The staff welcomed us with a smile and a glass of Cava! (Other options available).
They asked us about our journey and demonstrated that they were aware that I had asked questions ahead of our visit which showed that they knew all the guests they were expecting that day.
We were shown to our junior suite and given a tour as well, with any questions we had being answered.
The facilities within our room and the hotel were amazing! The rooftop bar is a must!! And breakfast had any option you could ask for.
There was always a staff member on hand to answer any questions and give advice on local attractions, restaurants and bars. Even giving advice on places they had been with their own family.
The location of the hotel is also perfect! Close to all the main amenities and it was so easy to access other areas of Barcelona as well.
There were road works outside of the hotel during our stay but the glazing means that this could not be heard at all within the hotel and our junior suite was at the front of the hotel as well.
We honestly had the best time in Barcelona and a lot of that is to do with where we stayed. If we head back to Barcelona we would absolutely stay with Hotel Ohla again and wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else.

Had junior suite. Room cleaned 2 times a day . Stayed here previously. Hotel in great location . Breakfast is nothing to brag about. The staff make this hotel special. They rang Emirates on my behalf to tell the chauffeur how best to get to our hotel as they are doing road works in front of hotel. I was concerned he might not get to us. They organised our luggage and our driver and we were in our way. Highly recommend.

Stayed for 1 week. in a junior suite. The staff went above and beyond. Not our first visit to Barcelona so we knew what to expect and where we going, this always helps. All in all a very relaxing break.

Room was upgraded to a junior suite with a bottle of cava chilled and waiting for us. Chocolates left in our room every day and a friendly responsive staff. Very pleased with hotel Ohla. We would stay here again for sure

Everyone at the Ohla Barcelona should take pride in the facility they work in. First of all it’s a beautiful spot with sooo much culture near by. May I say the staff there is amazing!!! I was in contact with them months ahead of time and they arranged everything perfectly, including a cab, covid tests, pickup from the airport! You name it they can make it happen! We felt super safe and our junior suite was spectacular!! Thank you Javier, Judith, Zak, and the others I can not remember! You all are the best at what you do and I couldn’t ask for more!

Outstanding hotel. With customer service degrading in actual customer service from the restaurant industry, the airlines, and hospitality this was the most welcome surprise. We stayed for 10 days and we were treated like family yet boundaries were understood. This kind of hospitality experience is quickly fading. So Ohla Barcelona please hang in there for our next return.

Upon arrival for our four night stay at Ohla Barcelona, my husband and I were surprised to learn that the hotel was not expecting us because Expedia (for unbeknownst reasons) had canceled our reservation. The staff at Ohla immediately sought to put us at ease and accommodate us. Unfortunately, the hotel had no rooms available for our first night. They gave us different options one of which included staying at their other hotel, Ohla Exiample. So, we stayed at Exiample for one night and returned to Ohla Barcelona for nights 2,3, and 4.
Staff: the staff at Ohla Barcelona was marvelous. A special thank you to Javier who took care of us when expedia messed up. He called Expedia, called other hotels to inquire about availability and arranged for us to stay at their sister hotel-including paying for our taxi. Upon returning for nights 2, 3, and 4, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that we had been upgraded to junior suite and had a bottle of champagne and chocolate waiting for us. Additionally, the hotel manager personally came to apologize for the inconvenience.
A special thank you to Santi who helped us with our bags and went above and beyond to get us a taxi when the roads near the hotel were closed.
There were countless other staff members who were instrumental in making our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
Breakfast: complimentary breakfast had a variety of options.
Location: walking distance to picasso museum, Barcelona cathedral, plaza cataluña.
