Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel

My family had a great time thanks to the great service of one of the attendants named Saiful Islam. He made sure our ammenities were all in good shape and went above and beyond to serve our needs. Overall a pleasant experience.

Best location, best people, best service. I spent 13 nights in this hotel. The staff was great, there were two very nice ladies Ms. Naima and Ms. Abrar talking to us like a family at breakfast time. Mr. Khalil was another manager who was very nice and helpful, Mr. Ali at front desk was very nice. I and my wife had very good time at this hotel. I recommend this hotel for others. Everybody at this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Sheraton, and thank Expedia. May Allah Almighty grant them reward in this world and hereafter.

It was a teip for couple days for umra, with a family of 6 person and two kid, we got the apartment with 3 bed room, the price is okay, location was a liite need to walk. I wouldn't recommend for older people or with disability or hard to walk. This will be best location when the expansion finalize.
