If you want to stay in a nice hotel, this may be it. The lobby area and reception is grand and impressive. Customer service was good. Front desk were polite, smiling and helpful. It's a bit of walk plus a steep hill to the masjid al haram (approx 7 minutes) so I wouldnt recommend it for the elderly or those with children. I was told there was a buggy service available but i never used it. We were allowed to take a short cut through the Hilton convention hotel/centre which was nice because of the a.c. The room I booked was okay. A side view of the clock tower. Beds were too soft and not my thing- I kept feeling that ive sunk deep into the bed! Otherwise room was a satisfactory size and space. A mini fridge was provided with satchets of tea, coffee etc. I was a little disappointed that they didnt give the tiny capsules of milk- instead it was only coffee creamer :-/ I had the room cleaned a couple of times and although on first appearances it looked nice and tidy, I noticed that the toilet wasnt bleached/cleaned and the carpet wasnt vacuumed. The buffet breakfast was reasonable. Some foods perhaps should be changed on the menu eg main dishes. Porridge needs improving (was watery and tasteless). I appreciated the egg omelette station and the tea provided. All staff were pleasant although it was annoying that the captain was also asking my room number when i had already checked in outside the restaurant. Overall- I would rate it 4 out of 5.

This was an amazing experience booked the presidential suite because of the big family with a Haram view . It was wonderful. Staff was amazing also they gave us loads of fruit, nuts, sweets coffee as a gift . I would want to come back. Also we had to stay at the clock tower before and although it’s closer to the Haram but the time we wasted just inside the hotel trying to figure out with elevator was too much . This hotel is simple and have golf cart that takes you to the Haram

My previous stay in November of 2023 at this place was amazing. This time around the service was less than desirable. Room wasn’t equipped with amenities such as shower gel, Ihram conformant fragrance free soap, slippers, I had to ask and took a while to get them. The soap wasn’t available though, luckily I had some remaining from last trip. The WiFi was flaky which made it difficult to call and talk with family. I think it was just super busy with pilgrims during Shaban.

It was an excellent stay from start to finish. The staff hospitality starts from the reception to the house keeping. The services and hospitality at the breakfast buffet is very welcoming and comfortable. The wait staff were very attentive. I would recommend to all friends and family. It’s literally a five minutes walk to the Al Haram. We also had partial view of the Al haram and you can hear the microphone and pray along Jamat if you can’t actually make in to the mosque

This was a family stay for the umrah visit to Makkah. I’ve stayed here before but since then they stopped the shuttle service to the holy mosque making this a very uncomfortable location for family with old members. They have a few electric carts running up and down the hill but depend completely. Excellent place if your young and healthy, think twice if you have limited mobility or other similar issues.

Very nice hotel with spacios room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. It is within walking distance to the haram but walking may be challenging for elderly and kids. They do have golf carts for going to the haram but they do not have service late at night.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I felt valued and from check-in to check out, it was overall very positive experience. This is a Hilton property and amazingly clean and safe. The property is about a 10 min walk to the Kaab'a and there are golf carts that do pick and drop from specific points but will require a 2-3 min walk to the carts and back to the hotel. The carts drop about 2 mins away from the Haram gate #79 which is the main entrance to the haram. I would advise getting the all inclusive food option at the hotel since it was cheaper than what Expedia is selling it for. Food options are also available near by if you prefer to eat at different places. The continental buffet breakfast has so many choices that one cannot possibly eat everything they offer. The food court Jabal Omar in Hyatt Regency on the 4th floor near dunking doughnuts is also a great option with lots of choices to pick from. the food court is a 5 mins walk from this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Haram. I was traveling with my wife and kids and the kids loved it. The rooms were super clean, great lobby and the hotel has maintained the Hilton brand image. Loved it!!
