Naumi Auckland Airport

Great entrance experience - looks glitzy. However once in the corridors & rooms you realise that it's a really old place that has had a touch of paint. Beds were ok but had a family next door who insisted on slamming doors. Disappointing stay

The phone in the room didn’t work and there was a lot of noise coming from the pool which no one was supervising with kids doing bomb diving. My room was close to the pool

Dreary, dingey, dark, smelly and small. Felt like a prison....one of the worst places we've stayed. We chose it because it was near the airport and there was a convenient shuttle....but the shuttle was half an hour late and filled with several families with many very large suitcases....not so convenient. Don't go here or you'll be sorry!

What a unique hotel. I love the Decor. Our room was okay, clean.Nice bathroom. The swimming pool is great, heated. Staff are friendly. A few hiccups with communication, checking in, waiting for our room. The restaurant has a great ethnic Asian cuisine. Great selection. I ate the baby back ribs. Delicious 😋. I cant wait to try other foods on the menu. I look forward to my next stay. Overall, I was happy.

Loved the decor. Great for meeting family, and being able to have space, the bar and nibbles to do so.

My family and I stayed at Naumi for 10 days and it was absolutely worth every second! From exceptional service by their staff, managers and the best housekeeping team we’ve ever met - Diana and her manager stood out to us, and felt like our very own friends whom we’d see daily at the hotel. This is one of the best hotels in New Zealand and you won’t regret your stay here 😁

I was impressed by the property for myself and my two kids for one night. Friendly staff, beautiful check in area with impressive art and relaxing common areas. Cool bar and we really enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast. My kids loved the endless lolly jars near the bar. The rooms were spotless, comfortable beds, wide range of TV options. The bathroom was a little small but immaculately presented and the rain shower head was divine. The free savoury and sweet snacks and bathroom toiletries were all by kiwi companies and a nice surprise. We really loved the heated pool and relaxing sun beds and loungers. Our view was out to a grimy carpark but we didn’t leave the hotel during our stay so it didn’t matter. Nice big balcony. Would stay again.

Reception staff helpful and pleasant. Interior design very pleasing and interesting. Pool was a great bonus once the children had left, but a few more clean towels would have been good.

We had three family members in our room and there were only items for two people such as two cups and glasses and two towels. The food in the dining room was limited. I had the worst meal of my life. I couldn't finish my Caesar salad. Slimy raw chicken, limited dressing, no anchovies or parmesan cheese.

Fantastic hotel. Will highly recommend to family and friends. Great for early airport departure or a late arrival. Restaurant and bar on site so no need to find yourself a place to eat. Great decor and very modern.
