Staff was excellent and very welcoming. Security was great in assisting us at night with transportation. Our family has stayed here before and will continue to stay here again.

We have family outside of Guadalajara and pass through from Los Angeles 2-3 times a year. We've tried several hotels in the Centro area and always go back to Potobelo. Love the staff. Mini fridges in the room, and a pool, would make it ideal.

Beautiful hotel to start with also very clean and 💯 percent good customer service the receptionist are the nicest, never had gone to a hotel that offered drinks and they also gave us gifts to my husband and I and our family I highly recommend this hotel and very reasonable.
