The stay was fine, service was really good and staff was very polite and welcoming. First time here so I think based on the pictures and reviews I was expecting it to look a little different than what it did. It’s not bad but it’s not as nice or luxurious as I thought when I was looking online. That’s just on me though as I should know most of the pics you find online show the best sides of a hotel. Elevators took way too long every single time, we would have taken the stairs from the 5th floor but with small kids and a stroller it’s just not easy. No room service available. Rooms are very small. Next time I would for sure choose a bigger room and with a view. I think that’s what makes this hotel perfect as far as location. If you can get the right view of course.

Majority of our stay evolved around our plans was within walking distance. The only complaint we really had was the noise the other guests where making and kids up all night running down the hall, our shower really had bad odor that would not go away

I want to thank Viana and Isabel for making my families trip unforgettable. If it was not for their assistance with chartering a private bus to Tequila it would not had happened. The hotel is in a perfect location and catching a taxi or Uber is super easy. Thanks again for all your help and we will see you next time!

Overall my family and I were disappointed from being ignored hours to check in to bland overpriced breakfast, members kept complaining about towel shortage we won’t be coming back

I checked in late at night and was tired from a long drive. There was no parking that the hotel provided, and I was told at the front desk I had to use public parking. All of the public parking garages were closed. So I had to walk miles to find one. I had booked two rooms for my family together and a month in advance. I was told I would have to pay $20 extra dollars for each room, if I wanted to upgrade to be on the same floor. That was ridiculous to me! Once I arrived to my room the bed sheets were dirty. It looked like coffee had been spilt on the bed sheets and they were not changed. At this point it was late and I only was going to sleep for a couple of hours. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel.

First time in Guadalajara and choosing this property was a plus. However, the restaurant on the 7th floor had issues with staffing. Great food, and staff, just took forever to get our food, even our drinks were not brought to our table right away. Would definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and family.
